Assistant Lecturer Ishaq Hamid Hassan obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Basic Education, University of Mosul in the academic year 2018–2019, with a Very Good grade. He also obtained a Master’s degree from the College of Basic Education, University of Mosul in the academic year 2022–2023, with a Very Good grade as well. He was appointed through the Federal Public Service Council on 23/9/2024 at the University of Tal Afar. He currently serves as the Head of the Human Rights Unit and is also a member of the Examination Committee in the Department of Arabic Language. He has a research paper currently under publication in the Journal of the University of Babylon, entitled: “Binary Oppositions in the Poetry of Zainal Al-Sufi: A Paper Falling Upwards as a Model.”
